SOC2 audits must be performed by an accredited CPA firm. EU AI Act compliance assessments are preliminary and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. We authenticate via magic-link (a secure, single-use sign-in link sent to your email). You are responsible for:
We offer subscription plans as listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions — contact billing@securemymvp.com for a full refund.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months after the change.
The Founders Beta Plan ($9/mo, lifetime lock-in) is limited to the first 20 subscribers. After 20 spots are filled, the Founders Beta Plan will no longer be available. If you cancel your Founders Beta subscription, you cannot re-subscribe at the $9/mo rate.

You retain all rights to content you upload (policies, evidence, checklists). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your content to train AI models.
The Service itself (software, design, trademarks, copy) is owned by Compliance Copilot and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN SOC2 CERTIFICATION OR EU AI ACT COMPLIANCE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLIANCE COPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Compliance Copilot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
